Matt Wylde migrated several of my colleagues onto new laptops. My colleagues are in a variety of different teams with different needs using different software. Matt communicated really well both with me as the IT manager and with the users. He was friendly and was able to explain the technical details to the users when asked. He came up with solutions to problems he was presented with and made sure that the different bits of software that different teams use were ported across correctly. We are very happy with his work and feel confident whenever he’s handling an issue for us.
